The Blizzard's body is strengthened by an endless winter that harms those who try to attack it. Whenever an enemy deals damage to the Blizzard with an attack or power while within 2 spaces, the enemy takes half the damage, rounded down to a minimum of 1.

Rime Strike: 2nd - Action - Manifest - Melee

The Blizzard strikes with a blade of pure ice, chilling its target to the core. The Blizzard selects a target within range. The target must succeed on an Endure check against the Blizzard’s Manifest die, or it will take Escalation damage and have its speed reduced to 0 until the end of their next turn.

Frozen Grasp: 3rd - Reaction - Navigate - 6 Spaces

The Blizzard conjures ice to immobilize fleeing prey. Whenever a creature moves out of melee range with the Blizzard, the Blizzard can react by attempting to hold them in place. The creature must succeed on a Navigate check against the Blizzard’s Manifest die. If they fail, they take Escalation damage, cannot move, and their speed becomes 0 until the start of their next turn.

Glacial Barrier: 4th - Action - Manifest - 12 Spaces - Focus - 1 Minute

The Blizzard conjures a wall of jagged ice that blocks paths and offers cover. The Blizzard selects up to 10 unoccupied spaces within range. Each chosen space must be adjacent to at least one other affected space. For the duration of this ability, these spaces are occupied by a wall of ice. Any foe that starts their turn or enters within 3 spaces of the wall must succeed on an Endurance check against the Blizzard's Manifest die. If they fail, they take Escalation damage and their speed is reduced to 0 until the end of their turn. Additionally, the wall blocks line of sight.

Endless Winter: 5th - Action - Manifest - 6 Spaces

The Blizzard unleashes a freezing storm, blanketing the battlefield in an unyielding chill. All enemies within range must succeed on an Endure check against the Blizzard's Manifest die; otherwise, they take Escalation damage and have their speed reduced to 0 until the end of their next turn.
