Revenant Frame

Revenant Frames are a haunting blend of advanced technology and biological remnants. These humanoid automatons are built with synthetic muscles grafted onto exoskeletons powered by exaltium. Initially developed as experimental soldiers, they received partial neural imprints from their deceased pilots to enhance combat performance. Over time, some of these imprints resisted deletion, resulting in fragmented memories taking root in their mechanical minds. Now, they roam the battlefield in search of something—lost comrades, unfulfilled missions, or revenge against long-gone enemies. Ascension Labs continues to experiment with Revenant Frames, pushing the boundaries between machine and human. Many whisper that they are dangerously close to achieving a true fusion of soul and steel.

The Revenant Frame can perfectly mimic any humanoid voice. Whenever it makes an Influence check to impersonate a humanoid, it rolls with advantage.

Synthetic Reflexes: 2nd - Reaction - Navigate - Self

The Revenant Frame reacts to incoming danger with inhuman speed. When a foe attacks the Revenant Frame, it can impose disadvantage on the attack as a Reaction.

Revenant Strike: 3rd - Action - Attack - Melee

The Revenant Frame’s limbs shift, optimizing for a brutal attack. Make a Melee Attack against a foe. On a hit, the target suffers disadvantage on its next Endure check before the end of its next turn.

Overdrive Surge: 4th - Action - Influence - Self - Focus - 1 Minute

The Revenant Frame’s programming kicks into overdrive, dramatically increasing their deadliness. For the duration of this power, the Revenant Frame has advantage on all Attack Rolls.

Undying Protocol: 5th - Passive - Endure - Self

Even after destruction, the Revenant Frame refuses to fall. When reduced to 0 Life Points, the Revenant Frame can roll an Endure check against Escalation. On a success, it remains active at 1 Life Point instead of being destroyed.
