The Soulweaver never endures suffering in solitude. At the beginning of each round, the Soulweaver can select a foe within range (no action required). Until the end of the round, the chosen foe receives the same damage as the Soulweaver.
Binding Shades: 2nd - Action - Manifest - 6 Spaces
Whispering to the spirits of the deceased, the Soulweaver ensnares their target with ethereal chains. The Soulweaver selects an enemy within range. The foe must succeed on a Navigate check against the Soulweaver’s Manifest die; otherwise, they take Escalation damage, and their speed is reduced to 0 until the end of their next turn.
Echo of the Departed: 3rd - Reaction - Glean - 6 Spaces
The voices of the dead uncover truths that are yet to be discovered. When the Soulweaver or an ally fails a Glean or Manifest check, the Soulweaver can use a reaction to allow them to reroll the check with advantage.
Haunting Wail: 4th - Action - Manifest - 12 Spaces
The Soulweaver emits a haunting wail that fills the air with a sense of spectral agony. All foes within range must succeed on an Endure check against the Soulweaver’s Manifest die or take Escalation damage and suffer disadvantage on their next capacity check.
Loom of the Lost: 5th - Action - Manifest - 6 Spaces - Focus - 1 Minute
The Soulweaver assembles spectral fragments to restore a lost soul. The Soulweaver summons a Lament that lasts for the duration of the power. The Lament does the Soulweaver's bidding and will defend the Soulweaver to the best of its abilities.
