Collector

The Collector serves as the ultimate authority on all contracts, relentlessly enforcing debts and signaling the finality of transactions. Unlike other Dealers, who enjoy the art of negotiation, the Collector approaches its responsibilities with a chilling indifference to haggling. It appears only when the time comes to demand payment—regardless of whether the debtor is trembling with fear or standing defiantly. 

Its presence casts a shadow of doom, and its infernal hands, marked by the scars of countless agreements, seem to pulsate with the weight of each deal it has sealed. When the Collector states a price, it resonates with the finality of a death knell—there is no escape from the following binding obligation.

The Collector is always aware of when a debt is due. The Collector rolls with advantage on Glean checks to track or find a target that has previously made a deal.

Grasp of Debt: 2nd - Action - Attack - Melee

The Collector's touch is an anchor, pulling its victims toward their inevitable fate. Make a melee attack against a foe. If you hit, the foe cannot move willingly until the end of their next turn.

Escalating Interest: 3rd - Action - Manifest - 6 Spaces

The longer a debt goes unpaid, the more severe the consequences become. The Collector targets an enemy within range. The target must succeed on an Influence check against the Collector's Manifest die, or else it suffers Escalation damage.

Unavoidable Collection: 4th - Reaction - Glean - 12 Spaces

No one can evade the Collector for long. If an enemy ends their move action further away from the Collector than their starting position, the Collector can use its reaction to immediately move toward that enemy without provoking any reactions. After moving, the Collector can make a melee attack against that enemy.

Garnishment: 5th - Action - Manifest - 6 Spaces - Focus - 1 Minute

The Collector gradually diminishes the willpower of its prey. The Collector selects an opponent within range. They must succeed on a contested Manifest check. If they fail, they have disadvantage on all Capacity checks contested by the Collector for the duration of this power.
